Diamond Demon

The unusual talents of Johnny Price, a minor league baseball pitcher and trick artist, are showcased in this Pete Smith Specialty. Among other talents, Mr. Price can throw two (and, in certain situations three) baseballs simultaneously to different people. The catchers can be side by side, with one high and one low, or standing on the pitcher's mound and second base while Price throws the ball from the catcher's position. He can even perform these feats while suspended upside-down.

Skaifey: The Mark Skaife Story

Mark Skaife is an all-time Australian motor racing legend. He has dominated the V8 Supercar landscape over the past two decades. He is a five-time Australian Touring Car/V8 Supercar champion, and in 2007 he eclipsed the great Peter Brocks record for the most number of championship round wins. He is also a five-times winner of the Bathurst 1000 only Larry Perkins, Jim Richards and Brock have won more Bathursts. But few drivers can match Skaife for versatility, for he was also highly successful in openwheelers - the only driver to win Bathurst, the touring car championship and the openwheeler Gold Star title all in one year.

Spartacus & Cassandra

“When I was one year old I was already walking. At two, I was eating dirt. At three, my father was in prison. At four, I begged with my sister. At seven, I came to France.” Those are the words of Spartacus, a Roma child who, at 13, has already accumulated the experiences of several lifetimes. He and his sister Cassandre, 10, scrape out a living with an alcoholic, melodramatic father and a mother who begs them to free her from her husband’s tyranny. With the help of an exceptional social worker, they manage to detach themselves from their terrible parents and experience childhood as they never could before.
