"The Coldest Day of the Year" takes place in a future where a cataclysmic event has made tracing a coherent meaning of the past and recounting a narrative of the present impossible. The narrator believes she has seen another being in this destroyed landscape. She attempts to find this figure and recounts a journey that traces the shadows of her presence. Using temporary sets, props and collaged images, "The Coldest Day of the Year" recounts an attempt to understand an ever shifting horizon and possibility of dwelling.

In May 2024, a group of teenagers live in the woods next to their hometown which has crumbled into a dystopia since a global virus hit years ago. The students are on their own on one final day before their would-be college graduation - the day they've decided to split up and go their own ways into the world. As rivalries clash, secrets get spun out of proportion, and new connections are made, they all have to learn how they can live their best life in this dystopian world.

To travel an infinite universe is to find the unexpected. Ares (Phelan Davis), a soldier of a distant and bittersweet future, finds himself thrown into The Void: a dimension used by humanity as a shortcut through space, thought to contain nothing but emptiness. This theory is proven wrong, as we discover the vast footprint of an ancient and ethereal alien history. Early in our journey Ares stumbles onto John (Joe Finley), a troubled young man from the recent past, also thought to be trapped in a part of The Void. As the two must part ways, they find themselves on similar paths, surreal and uncertain, each step taking them further down the inter-dimensional rabbit hole.

In a dystopian future, the world is suffering from overpopulation. A group of radicals calling themselves the "Enthusiasts" are trying to prove the Myth to the world. The Myth is the world they are living in is inside of a shell, and there is a bigger and unknown world outside of it. Will, a depressed and cynical assassin, is determined to kill the leader of the Enthusiasts. But when he fails to kill a young Enthusiast, he begins to question whether or not the Myth may actually be true.
