With the object of discovering the male accomplice of Hideko, a bad girl, Michiko, a police-woman, disguises herself and infiltrates a gang. Then in a reformatory, under the name of Suzuko, she finds a certain girl who is familiar with Hideko and from her she approaches a woman, named Keiko. One day, at a beer-hall, the police-woman meets Keiko who just finished a secret narcotics transaction and asks her about Hideko. However, with the sudden appearance of Saburo, one of the gang, her search fails, and an exciting pursuit begins. Later Keiko is found dead.

It occurred on the morning of December 10, 1968, in Tokyo,Japan. Half a century later, the case remains unsolved. 7 years later,just before just before the statute of limitations, Sawatari, a journalist, found out about the mind behind the crime is Matsuda, a businessman currently living in America. He traveled to America and asked Matsuda for the truth. Matsuda told him a story of how he, a former police officer, became friends with Joe, a bad boy, and Rock, who is shy and sensitive. Matsuda's sister committed suicide after being raped, and Matsuda lost his job after he made a scene in the financial institute his sister used to work. Matsuda, Joe, and Rock decided to do something big in revenge, so they decided on robbing a cash carrier.

Female Detective Riko: The Virgin's Deep Abyss

The film centers on Riko Murakami, a tough-as-nails detective who is also the single mother of a young boy. At work, she has hit a wall investigating a grisly murder in a hotel room. In her private life, she sweats her son's impeding "park debut" -- when she introduces her son and herself to the young mothers of her neighborhood. Most give her strange almost hostile looks except Sachiko (Keiko Unno), who says her kid is in the hospital. While her son gambles about the playground, Riko and Sachiko exchange child-rearing war stories and soon become friends. Then she learns that the prime suspect of her case is none other than Sachiko's husband. Moreover, she learns that Sachiko's son was in fact the center of a kidnapping case several years ago and the child has been long thought of as dead. Her husband and the detective in charge of child's case both have their own secrets, and soon Riko finds herself and her son threatened.

The police, led by Matsumiya (Gento Hongo), ramped up surveillance on the rising tension between the Kyowakai and Marugami-kai, leading to the arrest of Teru (Yutaka Kyan) and Saito (Katsuya), escalating the crisis. Amid rising tension in the Kyowakai, Nakajima (Yoshimi Tachi) sought revenge for Shoji’s death. The organisation has a bank which Japanese Financial Services Agency is not involved with, a hospital that is not authorized by Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare and an illegals police force called "Dias Police." The only police officer in the organisation is Saki Kubozuka (Shota Matsuda). His age and nationality is unknown. Saki Kubozuka does not speak much, but he has a warm heart and strong sense of justice. He takes care of the weak and tries to maintain public order.
