"The Gun and the Canary" follows Jesse, a bounty hunter in the late 1800's on his search for a dangerous criminal known as "The Canary"

Not knowing he has just been pardoned, Tim Benton (Tim McCoy, Texas Cyclone) escapes from prison with his cellmate, Red Larkin (Matthew Betz, The Wedding March), a dangerous killer. Disguised as the town's lawman, Tim sets off for Silver City to take back money that's rightfully his and hopefully clear his name. But Red has plans of his own and wants the money for himself. Newly remastered.

A United States marshal in the Southwest learns of a Mrs. Osborne, whose son and husband have been killed by raiders and whose daughter, June, has been taken captive. He orders Jack Laramie, his best man, to investigate the affair and arrest the guilty parties at any cost. Jack arrives at the local cafe and learns the identity of the outlaw gang and June's whereabouts. Meanwhile, Jack has rescued a child whose parents have been killed while crossing the prairie to stake out a homestead.
