8 Days: Two Faces of the Feast

The film chases a historical event when King Jungjo tried to replace hispersonal revenge on those who killed his father Sado, the Crown Prince, with agreat cause to build up a nation for its people, which eventually leads to remind the lessons of history that repeat permanently like a Mobius strip. The film seems to aim to introduce the uniqueness of Uigwe with a historical yet futuristic value as a World Heritage on the surface, but in fact, it pursues torestore audio-visually the immaterial thing that remains only as a record under the name of feast. Inside the device receiving images, there might have been desires to reproduce the world or to secularize the invisible from the beginning. Hungry TV will awaken the potential to visualize all the intangible via digitaltechnology. So to speak, there is digital technology, and it is followed by aquestion: How far the digital technology of 21st century would lead this deviceto?

Goering: Nazi Number One

This is the story of an incredible rise to power, the most comprehensive documentary on Hermann Goering ever made. He was a man of many faces: vain, ambitious, more brutal than any other of Hitler's minions, yet the most popular Nazi official of all, at times even more popular than Hitler himself. He embodied the jovial side of the Third Reich. Yet the same man who organised dissolute bacchanals also founded the Gestapo, set up the first concentration camps, and had his own comrades murdered in the purge of 1934. These unique personal records form the largest and most important single film find from the Nazi era in past years.

La conquista de Albania

King Carlos II of Spain (r. 1665-1700) once sent his brother Luis to lead a military expedition into Albania and conquer that land for the Spaniards. Since Albania was a part of the dowry of Luis' wife, it seemed like a reasonable idea at the time. While that expedition and its final battle is the subject of this historical film, the scale involved can hardly do justice to the concept. The protagonists talk incessantly, and by the time they get down to the final grand battle, it turns out to be a skirmish between several dozen men.
