In a post-apocalyptic future, the Italian peninsula is going through a dark moment due to a terrible energy crisis.

In this spoof of spy films, CIA agent, Kelly, is in Rio De Janeiro spying on a wealthy industrialist, David Ardonian, who secretly plans to turn the world sterile and repopulate it with his harem. UK spy, Susan Fleming, helps Kelly.

The film depicts the first flaming signs of love in human life. The characters are all ten years old and attend the same hockey and figure skating club in a small village set among the Italian Alps. The theft of a medal will trigger an adventurous escape to Moscow, where our six main characters will learn the first skirmishes of love and find new fiancés.

The military would like to eliminate him, when the Führer with his escort arrives at the camp by surprise…

But Hell is an old, antiquated structure: the new sinners, not finding a right place, are dispersed among the circles. Lucifer is received directly by God, who seeks a solution. The winning idea is a cataloging of the new sins on Earth. And who to entrust the task to if not Dante Alighieri, who already once, in his time, carried out this task with excellent results? Michele, a young mechanic, is in love with Angela Antonia, beautiful but capricious: the girl's father, once he learns of the relationship, has him fired from the place where he works and is forced to move to Naples. However, everyone will be left without the dreamed treasure which will fall to Mary and the son of the Salmarani who flee together.

The historic clock of a small town needs to be repaired but there is no money in the town coffers to pay for it. Don Paolo (Peppino Spadaro), the Priest, raises the money by lottery and thinks the surplus should go to the poor. The Communists and Socialists object because they are afraid the priest will get the credit and they claim it as "the people's money." The democratic mayor (Arturo Brogaglia) can think of no solution other than organizing committees and sub-committees. Finally, Rocchetti (Paola Stoppi), the town mechanic who has no answers for town problems and hates the clergy and politicians alike, comes forward and repairs the clock for the sheer joy of work.

Two local toughs run a ramshackle gambling and dating den under the cover of a "hunting club." The place is frequented by all sorts of characters, from the upper crust of Naples to petty criminals who use it as a base of operations, and the noise is such that it won't take much to blow their cover.

Francesco is a Tuscan who is very good at playing American pool, so much so that he is nicknamed "Mr. Quindicipalle", for the time he performed the unlikely feat of pocketing fifteen (quindici) balls (palle) in one shot, using the wooden handle of a broom as his cue stick. Francesco is also an experienced womanizer, like his recently deceased father. Indeed, Francesco meets the woman of his dreams at his father's funeral – a prostitute who calls herself Sissi. The two fall in love, and so Francesco thinks she might be a lucky charm for him, in his training for a big pool tournament. But Sissi frequently infuriates Francesco, compromising his skill and his training for the tournament.

Luna is a modern and laid-back girl who lives in Sarajevo and is getting married to her longtime boyfriend Haris. Martina is a young homosexual on the run from Italy and her monotonous life. Finding herself in a moment of personal crisis, she arrives in Sarajevo in search of herself. The meeting with Martina will represent a crucial turning point for Luna: he falls in love with the girl and begins a secret relationship with her, all without the knowledge of her boyfriend who is convinced that Luna will soon become his wife.
