During the Edo period, an incident occurred in a certain castle town where young samurai were weakened and died one after another. Suspicious, the chief retainer investigates and discovers that a beautiful princess named Tsukihime is giving her body to the young samurai every night and spreading her own disease. The chief retainer trapped Tsukihime in a pot with the help of a monk who used his magic powers and sank her into a pond, but when a female ninja servant came to rescue the princess, a huge earthquake struck. The princess and the kunoichi travel forward in time. There is a lot of fuss about AIDS in the streets as a strange disease of modern times. At one company, a situation was occurring in which employees were collapsing one after another. Tsukihime and Kuichi appear and cause a huge commotion.

Suzu lives with Furuta, her fiance, but one day she leaves home without saying a word. She moves into the apartment of her friend Abe, but he has gone abroad and Yoko now lives in his apartment. Suzu and Yoko, who have known each other since childhood and have both always loved Furuta, thus find themselves sharing the same home.

Realising that that is one battle he will never win, Yasuo sends a letter to a newspaper -- “Nurses’ husbands, aren’t you having a hard time? Get together nurses’ husbands. Contact me.” There is a tremendous response. This leads to the formation of many unions of nurses’ husbands throughout the country.

However, Shotaro's doctor informs him that the cancer was misdiagnosed. While Reiko is relieved, she does not want to cancel her marriage to Tetsuya, so she proceeds with her wedding preparations without informing the people around her.

Training scenes are relatively nuts; much better than the actual matches actually, which tend to go on forever. There is no sex, nudity or graphic violence, making this a family friendly affair. Sonny Chiba appears for about 7 minutes during the last third as a truck driver who comes to Jiro's rescue.
