Carlo Danieli, an industrialist of Sicilian origins, manages a French fries company. The man marries Elena, his girlfriend for years, who has decided to remain a virgin until the wedding day. The man is a great womanizer and is surprised by the revelation, so much so that on the first night he is unable to consummate the relationship. The word soon spread and the mother of the bride, Donna Virginia, urged her son-in-law to apply. Carlo then tries to find a solution before it's too late and his mother-in-law thinks that throwing him into the arms of a professional is the ideal ploy.

The United States of America, after the great success of Vietnam, Watergate and so on, have decided to expand their activities in Italy. Mr. Chips has chosen Eddie Mordace to open the Italian branch of the multinational American Love Company. So Eddie opens in Milan a small branch of the Company whose purpose is to comfort women. Eddie hires Simbad, Adone and later, when business starts to go well, Ugolino, a real Count, and Ivanoe, a raper, who becames the attraction of the House.

Dante Fontana is an antique dealer from Perugia infatuated with the culture of the British upper classes. His wife and relatives mock him and snub him, seeing him as a silly daydreamer doing no serious work. Unfussed, Dante plans a vacation to London to learn more about the culture he so admires. However, once in London, he struggles to fit in, is awkward, often makes mistakes betraying his Italian origins, attracting the scorn of the British upper classes he would like to impress.

Ale is about to get married. His two best friends, Tom and Zenone, arrive at the ceremony and, prompted by Sara, a curious bridesmaid, begin to tell the story of what was supposed to be the perfect bachelor weekend. But when Ale shows up with his sarcastic fifteen-year-old sister Viola, everything changes. No luxury hotel, no excess: just camping tents, mountain trails, and a lot of (emotional) endurance. Alternating between present and flashback, between jokes and internal breakdowns, the protagonists discover that growing up is scary, but doing it together might just make it easier.
