Entirely composed of superimposed images of Tokyo’s landscape and water sites, the film takes its rhythm from the cycles of repetition that are the pillars of life and civilisation. As light emerges from the chaos, Jim O’Rourke’s ambient drone sets the tone for what is to come.

Princess Lia, now 17, escapes the palace to enjoy adventures outside, and discovers a new and enjoyable world, and love, through a street artist, Teo, whom she met. The story unfolds, with a beautiful music, about two people overcoming stereotypes and discovering love.

J, a woman in her thirties, discovers mold growing on her spouse’s ashes. When she sprinkles the mold onto her food, it begins to move, searching for more food. J puts the moldy food in the bathtub and starts to create something.

This film was made by Shanghai Animation Film Studio and is based on contemporary events in February, 1964. It’s a retelling of how Mongolian sisters Long Mei and Yurong, ages 11 and 8 respectively, successfully walked nearly 70 kilometers after having been surprised by a blizzard while grazing their father’s sheep. Both girls survived with severe frostbite.

Watching her, a fisherman sneaks her robe out, but returns it due to feeling guilty. That makes the angel very happy and she flies up to. . . heaven, dancing in the sky.

Waking up, she begins the painful journey of letting go, learning to honor her friend’s choice and confront her own sorrow.

Taking inspiration from 20th-century avant-garde experiments in graphical sound generation, the entire image in O/S functions as an optical soundtrack. Abstract motion becomes sound.

Here and There (1961) fuses live-action and animation and was screened at Three-Person Animation 2. Musique concrète and electronic sounds made by modulating everyday noises such as flush toilets are interspersed throughout the work. Contrasts between opposites, as encapsulated by the title – between live-action space and animated space, between mundane sounds of daily life and bizarre noises – and the war between the sexes, a signature theme in Yōji Kuri’s work, are also palpable in the juxtaposition of musique concrète and scat singing. A collaborative anime between Hi no Tori and the Dougo Onsen hot spring bath house. The anime is part of a revitalization project for the Matsuyama, Ehime Prefecture bath house that began on January 15. The Dougo Onsen building is 125 years old and certain areas were due for a facelift.

A penguin named Ando protects the forest and its animal inhabitants from the evil humans (or the "cancer of the Earth" as one sign in The Animal House reads). However, some of the animals suspect that Ando himself may be a human.

A retelling of the classic Aesop Fable, The Tortoise and the Hare.

We depicting the never ending cycle of construction and demolition in the human consumption. It was exhibited at re-constructed disaster area in Kobe.

The main character of little girl in the story confronts a robbery and strays from the road she is familiar with. After passing a hedge, she enters an unknown world and unfolds a magical adventure depending on senses other than vision and her imagination. With soft and cute colors as the main key, we used simple designs to depict the little girls' imaginary world.

An omnibus OVA where three elementary school students, Manabu, Ryota, and Mina, deal with mysteries they encounter at their school. This OVA is split into two stories of 15 minutes each: "Poisonous spiders at school" and "Hanako-san's hand". This OVA is based on the "Hontoni Atta Kowai Hanashi" series derived from the "Hontoni Atta Gakou Kaidan" series published by Asahi Sonorama.

Fuku-chan was one of the most popular newspaper comic strip boy-characters in Japan at the time. The film portrays a submarine attack on an enemy cargo ship. Though this, too, was to boost patriotism, Japanese children particularly enjoyed the scenes in which the kitchen crew cooked in the submarine kitchen. Released in November of the same year, the food shortage was quite serious in Japan, and the abundant food supply in the submarine kitchen -- vegetables, fruit, fish, rice, and more which were already luxury items in Japan at the time -- was prepared into various dishes along with a merry, rhythmic song.

There's more to picture than meets the eye in this journey into oriental metaphysical imagery. Starting (in a very Christian manner) with the Word, the film draws an explosion of visible forms, as if a sign of the shattering of shapes in the mundane world. But time is cyclical, of course, and what was once a multitude of sensible realities must eventually return to the Word and, finally, to sheer Color. (Sound of Eye)

Students of seven international universities exchange personal impressions of and reflections on this forced isolation online and get to know each other through this joint project.

Villains Jenny and Mr. Black appeared on the peaceful planet guarded by Rex, Tomo, Viki, and Ping! Jenny, a dinosaur mania, begins to kidnap dinosaurs on the planet, and Ping, who is in battle, is eventually captured. In order to stop Jenny and Mr. Black, the Gogo Dino crew will visit the legendary dinosaur and get a Dino Stone that can transform into the "Gogo King Dino," the most integrated robot! However, feeling a sense of crisis, Mr. Black and Jenny wake up the sleeping dark ice dinosaur...! Can the Gogo Dino crew save Ping and the dinosaurs, and protect the planet?

This movie is an amalgamation of part A of episode 22 and part B of episode 3 of the Kaibutsu-kun television series.
