Heidi in the City

Heidi leaves her beloved Alm and moves to Frankfurt, where she finds a new good friend in Clara. Aunt Dete wants Heidi to leave her grandfather on the mountain pasture and go with her to Frankfurt, where she is supposed to live with the Sesemann family and keep their paralyzed daughter Clara company. In this way, Heidi would enjoy an excellent upbringing and grow up with one of the richest families in Frankfurt. Aunt Dete sees a bright future for Heidi in the city. However, this idea is not met with enthusiasm by Heidi and her grandfather, Peter and his grandmother are also very reluctant to let Heidi go. After much persuasion and many promises from Aunt Dete, Heidi finally leaves her beloved mountain world with a heavy heart and travels to Frankfurt.

Chōdenji Machine Voltes V (超電磁マシーン ボルテスV Chōdenji Mashīn Borutesu Faibu?, Super Electromagnetic Machine Voltes Five) more popularly known as Voltes V, is a Japanese anime television series that was first aired on TV Asahi starting June 4, 1977. It was created by Saburo Yatsude (a pseudonym referring to a committee within Toei Company) and directed by Tadao Nagahama. Voltes V is the second part of the Robot Romance Trilogy of the Super Robot genre which includes Chōdenji Robo Combattler V and Tōshō Daimos. Like Combattler V, the series was animated by Sunrise and produced by Toei Company. The series was animated by Sunrise on Toei's behalf. This super robot along with the other two aforementioned super robots first appeared the USA as a part of Mattel's Shogun Warriors line of import toys, released in the late 1970s.

Long ago, Malanshan became a joyful home for humans, animals, and plants under the protection of the magical Malan Flower. At the foot of Malanshan lived two twin sisters: the elder, Dalan, was lazy, while the younger, Xiaolan, was diligent. The guardian spirit of the Malan Flower, Malang, accidentally rescued Wang Lao, who had fallen off a cliff while collecting herbs on the mountain. He encountered and fell in love with Wang Lao's daughter, Xiaolan. Dalan, Xiaolan's twin sister, coveted the material pleasures that the Malan Flower could bring and became jealous of Xiaolan. The Vine Monster, who had long coveted the Malan Flower, exploited Dalan's vanity, stole the flower, and intended to dominate Malanshan. However, the Malan Flower would always only bloom for diligent and kind-hearted people. With the concerted efforts of everyone, Malang and Xiaolan finally defeated the Vine Monster. Dalan and the old cat also repented of their wrongdoings, and Malanshan restored harmony and joy.

One day, Kasuga Nozomi encounters a strange boy at her high school, who sends her across time and space to Kyou, a place in another world that bears a strong resemblance to Kyoto towards the end of the Heian period. There, the Minamoto clan ("Genji"), led by Minamoto no Yoritomo, is at war with the Taira clan ("Heike"), led by Taira no Kiyomori. The Heike hope to defeat the Genji by releasing vengeful spirits to disturb the earth's natural flow of energy and to terrorize the land.
