The love story of two anthropomorphised white blood cells, one of whom becomes infected with the AIDS virus. Animators Esteban Bravo and Beth David said of making this short film, “We wanted to tell a story that was relevant to Freddie's life, but not explicitly about him. The AIDS crisis of the 1980s is a huge part of LGBT+ history, and it's something that we knew needed to be handled with care. It's a fine line to walk between shedding light on a subject, and perpetuating a stigma, and we were cautious not to lean into tropes and stereotypes that might hurt the modern understanding of the AIDS virus, rather than help it."
Freddie Mercury: Love Me Like There’s No Tomorrow
"Go to sleep child, go to sleep now, or the Cuco will come and eat you" cautiously warn parents to their children so they go to sleep on time and behave. "El Cuco" is about the faceless, folkloric monster of Latin American, Spanish and Portuguese cultures that scares disobedient children. Inspired by the aesthetics of old horror movies, it's shot entirely on 16mm black and white film. The Cuco doesn't look a certain way, and it's known by other names depending on the country. Every child who hears the lore imagines it differently so that's why it looks each time it appears on screen.

Hello My Dears
My project shows an attempt to cope with everyday existence and give it meaning. In the chaos of events, thoughts, issues, routine and everyday rituals become a safe haven that protects us from asking ourselves questions about meaning, etc. Treatments around the body, obsession with beauty and youth, excessive health care give us the illusion of controlling time and body. Bursting, splitting, striking out, alienating is not the result of a symptom, a disease manifestation of its existence. This is just because there is a crack, split, alienating fission in human nature.

For more than four centuries, the history of Romeo and Juliet has been considered an example of a romantic relationship between a man and a woman. However, William Shakespeare modestly kept silent about what kind of drama (and, possibly, tragicomedy) might have turned the relations of the heroes, if not for the finale, which is well known to us. The film of Konstantin Seliverstov on the basis of documentary stories offers several possible options for the continuation of the classic plot.
