Heckle and Jeckle, the talking magpies, tangle with a pirate who has a treasure map, and after much finagling and talk, they are able to get the map and the treasure, only to find that an agent for the Iternal Revenue Service is waiting to collect the unpaid back taxes.

Life’s Musical Minute, recently re-discovered, is a short promotional film of this kind, based on Gene Krupa’s drum solo from “Golden Wedding” by the Woody Herman jazz band. It was Lye’s attempt to gain support from Life Magazine.

Little Bear wants to surprise his mother for her birthday with a picture he has painted himself. To avoid being discovered, he sits on the chimney of the house. The smoke that seeps into the kitchen obscures the mother bear's view and a pot breaks. The little bear empties his money box to get a replacement. On the way, he meets his friends playing ball and joins in enthusiastically. The ball bursts in the bear's paws. The little boy spends his money on a new ball. When his friends come back, he tells them what the money was actually meant for. They understand his grief and together they make a new pot, which the baker bakes for them. With flowers, the painted picture and the pot, they wish the mother bear a happy birthday.

Tay-Pi's Dreams is a Spanish animated film directed by Franz Winterstein and José María Blay. It premiered at the cinema "Avenida de la Luz de Barcelona" on December 22, 1952.

Geriatrics Foghorn Leghorn and the barnyard dog recount their years of violent, mutual heckling, unaware that outside the window of their house their grandsons are behaving the same. The short is essentially a clip show, in that the majority of the footage is reused from earlier cartoons.

Two polite twin gophers are indignant at the swiping of all their vegetables by "vandals" in trucks. They follow the trucks to a food processing plant and become caught in the machinery when they try to retrieve their property.

Speedy Gonzales, the fastest mouse in all Mexico, runs to the rescue of his two drunken rodent friends, Pablo and Fernando, who keep wandering into the hungry clutches of an alley cat.

Gas station owner Donald thinks he's just missed the winning number for a new Zoom V8 car but his nephews hear a correction, and find he really does have the winner. They plan to pick it up and surprise him, but the car they take runs out of gas, and they're broke. They cut out the picture of a Zoom V8 from a billboard, dress one of the boys in drag, and trick Donald into filling their tank. As they drive off, Donald plots his revenge and executes it, when the boys return in Donald's new car.

Bugs is provoked by a pack of foxhounds and their hunters stampeding over his hole, so he gets out his Halloween costume from last year (a fox suit) and sets out to lead the dogs on a merry chase. The stupidest of the dogs, whose objective is to cut a fox's tail off, becomes his main victim; Bugs tricks him into chasing a train instead. He eventually tricks the dog pack into running off a cliff, but the stupid dog ends up with Bugs' tail.

In the hill country, Possum Pearl, a hillbilly woman who's a Kate Smith lookalike, is on the man prowl again.

A rough and tough bulldog named Spike sets out with his admirer, a small dog named Chester, to rough up a cat. They encounter Sylvester and chase him into a junkyard, where a black panther that escaped from a zoo just happens to be hiding out. Every time Spike goes into the junkyard to thrash Sylvester, he is clawed into pieces by the panther, which he, in a dark maze of crates, thinks is Sylvester. Chester has no problem pummelling Sylvester before Spike's eyes, which convinces Spike that Chester must be tougher than him.

Two polite gophers are in their underground home, playing gin, when a dog buries his bone right on top of them. They try to negotiate with the dog so that he will bury the bone elsewhere. But the dog refuses to be cooperative.

Despite what's printed on the credits, Tex Avery had nothing to do with this cartoon - it's a Cinemascope remake of 'Wags to Riches' (1949), put together by others from his original artwork and production cels. Apart from the new Cinemascope backgrounds, it's identical to the earlier film.

From the time he was a baby, Little Davy Crewcut learns to shoot at bears with a variety of weapons, but when he gets grown and starts taking serious potshots at Mr. Bear with a rifle, Mr. Bear gets rightfully upset at being shot at, and suggest to Davy Crewcut that he turn his shooting in the direction of a more suitable target, such as a woodpecker. The woodpecker turns out to be Woody, and Woody also objects to being shot at.

Foghorn's going fishing, but a fox has other plans for him. Posing as a racetrack tout, he suggests Foggy get a hunting dog and go hunting. Once the dog is gone, the fox comes after the chickens. One of them pulls the fox alarm, and the dog comes running back (too late). The fox next poses as a quiz show host, tricking Foghorn and the dog into blowing each other up. They go through another cycle or two of abuse before identifying their common enemy. They team up and go after him.

Burrito and Manolin defend their ranch against the cattle rustlers, Lios and Chente. A neighboring pig farmer named Don Inocente refuses to join their cause in the name of neutrality. In disguise, the cattle rustlers befriend Don Inocente, rob him of his pigs, and then use his farm as a means to sneak into the undefended side of Burrito and Manolin’s ranch. Once again, Burrito and Manolin stop the villians and come to the rescue of the unsuspecting neutral character. In this clip, Lios and Chente spy on their intended victim, Don Inocente.

Casper the Friendly Ghost helps Little Feather go hunting.

Three mice seek refuge during a winter storm in a house with a very hungry cat, who chases them- until Mighty Mouse steps in. Mighty Mouse, living in a star, watches the universe through a telescope. He observes a home full of mice being terrorized by a cat, so he travels to earth and infiltrates the house in disguise in a trench coat and hat. In an effort to make life miserable for the mean cat, Mighty Mouse drinks the cat's milk, sleeps in his bed, and eventually gets rid of the cat so the three harassed mice can live in peace.

The Coliseum, Rome, 54 A.D. Yosemite Sam, as Captain of the Guard, is ordered by Emperor Nero to find a victim to toss to the lions, or else he'll be the victim. Shortly thereafter Sam encounters Bugs Bunny and decides he will make a good victim.

After watching a television commercial, Papa Bear decides to take up gardening but has more than his share of problems. The little bears give him a bag of 'speedy-grow' in stead of weed-killer, and the weeds thrive and take over his garden. Worms are feasting on his tomato crop, and the anti-worm spray he uses engulfs him rather than the vines. Papa Bear, worn-out, in pain and bandaged, is in his easy-chair when the same commercial, that earlier had inspired him, comes on again, and the angry bear rips open the television set and throttles the announcer.

A short film about the harmfulness of visiting the sick in hospitals.

Len Lye usually timed his films with great care to match their soundtracks, but for All Souls Carnival, he and composer Henry Brant worked separately, preferring to see if the score and visual track would synchronise by chance. Lye also experimented with a new Direct Film technique, drenching the filmstrip in colourful paint and marker pen.

Norman McLaren instructs Grant Munro on the movements he is to make. The film technique for Two Bagatelles is pixillation, where the actor is animated frame by frame, as in the film Neighbours/Voisins.

An average guy gets lessons from his common sense on how to treat a cold (mainly, rest and avoid behaviors that would spread it) and how to keep from getting one in the first place. Of course, since the film is sponsored by Kleenex, it's important to use disposable tissues.

The Goofy Gophers are about to harvest the vegetables on the farm when the farmhands beat them to the punch. Worried that their food source is being "vandalized," they follow the truck to the barn so they can recover what they consider to be their food.

Heckle and Jeckle read in the newspaper about a reward offered by a millionaire for the finder of his childhood sweetheart. Since they have a storehouse filled with any kind of costume, they decide to collect the money by convincing the millionaire that Jackle is his lost love, so Jeckle shows up disguised as a woman---or female of whatever species applied. JUst as Jeckle has about convinced the millionaire that he is a she and his long-lost sweetheart, a slew of impostors walk in with the same claim.

Heckle and Jeckle, the talking Magpies, are running rampant and causing much havoc in a supermarket mush to the dismay of the proprietor. Seveal wild chase ensue, with the store owner on the short end of most of them, until all three are caught inside of a giant soap bubble and carried skyward. The bubble bursts, and H & J are returned to the cartoonist's inkwell.

On the French Riviera, a female cat is frightened by sudden outbursts of barking by every dog around her. So, to scare them away, she paints her back with a white stripe like that of a skunk. But she doesn't receive the peace she'd expected, because Pepé Le Pew, the amorous French skunk, sees her, thinks she's a girl skunk, and pursues her.

The lion is trapped by the safari and brought to New York, where he's accidentally set free, but nobody is intimidated by him.

Donald's nephews use a mountain lion costume to scare Donald away so they can grab a pie off the windowsill. The deception is exposed, but a short while later, a real mountain lion comes along.

On their way to Night School, Casper the Friendly Ghost and his pal, Spooky Ghost, pass a zoo, and Spooky has a good time scaring the animals until Casper, posing as the ghost of the scared denizens of the zoo, scares Spooky.

The mice are having a great time playing on a train in a department store's toy department until night watchman Katnip comes along.
