This is the ingeniously imaginative story of a small boy who, with his magic crayon, draws himself in and out of a series of adventures.

His imagination runs away with him; he thinks some dripping beverage is blood, is frightened by his own bear-skin rug, and faints when he sees a shadow of himself in a noose-like tangle of his phone cord. The ambulance arrives and finds the most threatening thing is a kitten in a sock and a shelf of horror novels. They cart off the novels and leave the man.

Knothead and Splinter, Woody Woodpecker's nephew and niece, are reading "Little Red Riding Hood" and are asked to deliver a bag of goodies to Grandma in the forest. They meet a wolf.

Popeye and Bluto are, believe it or not, pals and partners in a moving company. (Maybe it's because Popeye isn't squinting here.) Anyhow, Olive has made the mistake of hiring them. She hasn't finished packing yet, so the boys, smitten as soon as she answers the door, compete to help her. Once packed, they compete to move more impressive piles of her belongings. Popeye easily wins these contests, even though Bluto locks him in the van at one point. At the end, Bluto socks Popeye into the piano, then into a table; though he hardly seems to need it, Popeye still eats his spinach, then thrashes Bluto.

A hungry crow intrudes on a party honoring Speedy Gonzales, Mexico's fastest mouse, and tries to catch and eat some of Speedy's friends. Speedy leads the crow on a frustrating and violent chase that demoralizes the crow into surrendering and joining in Speedy's party, as the center of a dart board, and the target of a ball-throw.

A member of the Bunco squad introduces the Case of the Gullible Woodpecker. It seems that Woody wins a pot full of dough that con man Buzz Buzzard notices and sets his sights on stealing. He leads Woody on a phony treasure hunt on Cataloni Island where all the materials Woody needs to continue the hunt (treasure maps, fire extinguishers, toll bridges, etc.) cost him a bundle.

1957 Baby Huey is a big duck enrolled in kindergarten. Despite being big and clumsy, he attempts to fit in, causing havoc and getting expelled by the teacher. His mother then hires a private tutor, who is also tortured by Baby Huey's good intentioned efforts. The tutor winds up in the ocean but Huey saves his life from sharks and gets his diploma as a reward.

His fellow ghosts bring Casper up on charges for breaking the Ghostly Laws ,since he will not scare people, and he loses his ghostly powers. He realizes he needs to do something drastic, so he, disguised as a man, invades a meeting of ghosts planning a scare-campaign, and gives them a taste of their own medicine. He regains his standing in the Ectoplasm Society.

As usual, Casper, the Friendly Ghost, is out to make friends but the only creature willing to respond is a fat turkey worrying his wattles off about the upcoming Thanksgiving Day.

A presentation on the causes and effects of stroke points out that the brain is susceptible to damage from diseases of the arteries, particularly, stroke. The mechanisms that set the conditions for a stroke are explained with emphasis on hardening of the arteries and blood clots. Basic lifestyle changes, which may be required if there is a family history of stroke, include having regular medical checkups, exercising. learning to relax, eating balanced meals (lower in fat and cholesterol), and stopping smoking.

A family of mice meet a little blue mouse on their Sunday walk. The little mouse politely asks them to give him some of their cake. The mouse parents don't want to know anything about the strange fellow and forbid their children to have any contact with him. The little ones continue to play anyway. In a painter's studio, they discover various paint pots, and the horrified parents are suddenly presented with three colorful mice that they no longer know are their own children. When they are all washed up, three gray mice stand before them. In shock, the parents fall into a pot of blue paint and see that there can be blue mice after all.

A crook disguises a cat as a skunk to scare people out of a bank. Soon after, great lover Pepé Le Pew sees her and the chase is on through the French Alps.

And then has a relapse when Huey says he is planning another wonderful day on his birthday.

A water seller during the time of the Spanish Inquisition in Grenada rescues a stranded Moor by the roadside, which leads to uncovering a legend.

A French shopkeeper's life is disrupted by a daily parade. The parade consists of "ze king, ze premier, all ze lords and ministers, army, navy, department sanitaire." When the "department sanitaire" hits a pothole, all the garbage gets dumped onto the street in front of his store.

In the courtyard of a royal castle stands a well from which the residents must fetch their water. The king is very displeased by this; what annoys him most is the farmhand Hans, who appears at the well every day, whistling a cheerful tune. The princess likes the tune and asks Hans to teach it to her. This drives the king’s anger to a fever pitch.

The local rocket society is looking for a new volunteer to blast to the moon, the only other person having been sent there being Professor Dingledong who has not returned thus far. They decide to send mailman Woody Woodpecker who, upon landing on the moon's surface, encounters the aforementioned Dingledong.

Chip 'n' Dale wander into a farmyard to collect acorns. Dale mistakes an egg for a nut, but when he tries to demonstrate to a newly hatched chick how to get back into the egg, a rooster mistakes him for one of his chicks.

Goofy has insomnia, and is desperate for some restful sleep.

Olive is preparing a birthday party for Popeye. He arrives too soon, and she assigns his nephews (only three in this picture) to keep him out until she's ready. They do this in their usual creative ways.

Mr. Magoo heads to a used car lot hoping to buy Waldo a new car for his birthday promising Waldo, "I'll be back with a little surprise for you". The crooked car salesman notices how myopic Magoo is and takes advantage of it by over-pricing the car Magoo chooses. Magoo accepts but the car salesman gets his just desserts when he unwittingly goes for a harrowing test drive with Magoo taking him to an amusement park where Magoo leads the car to the top of roller coasters and ferris wheels among other things with a police officer in hot pursuit.

He hopped, jumped, played with a cat in the meadow, rolled barrels, did somersaults and all kinds of other comedies, and in the process somewhere he got a sharp splinter in his paw. It was a small splinter, but it hurt a lot and he couldn't step on that leg very well. Cat proceeds to cure his paw while telling him a story about the proud nightgown.

Aladdin, a poor tailor in Baghdad, discovers a magic lamp with a genie inside. After he uses it to gain wealth and the hand of the caliph's daughter, he must fend off an evil sorcerer who wants the lamp for himself.

Heckel and Jeckel are in Mexico and selling real-hot hot-tamales at the bullfight arena. When their customers are burned up after eating the tamales, the arena manager tries to throw the talking-magpies out but, in attempting to escape the wrath of the manager, the find themselves trapped in the ring with a ferocious bull. The only recourse is to fight the bull, albeit in many unorthodox ways.

After Granny leaves a bulldog named Hector to guard Tweety while she's away from her farm, Sylvester manages to sneak in disguised as a scarecrow and soon gets more than he bargained for.

The final installment of the "Hunting Trilogy" once again has Elmer out hunting, while Bugs and Daffy try to con him into shooting the other.

A festival is held for the Lady, and each of the monks offers his gift, but the juggler has nothing. Frustrated, he juggles for her, all night, alone.

When the citizens decide to each enter an animal in the County Fair contest, Casper picks a pig as his choice, though the pig is not real happy leaving his mud puddle.

As Percy, the cat, is chasing Little Roquefort, the mouse, a small pussycat appears at the front door, and Percy tries to make it an ally. However, the playful pussy likes Roquefort as a playmate, and they team up against Percy. Finally, Percy's mistress, givers his bed to the newcomer, and he shares it with his newly-acquired mouse friend.

Doc the cat tries to catch Hickory and Dickory, to sell to NASA as laboratory mice.

Woody is a wandering cowboy who notices an ad at a western post office advertising for a new mail delivery rider. Woody accepts but is warned of mail thief Buzz Buzzard. Woody regards the buzzard as a pushover and begins his trek. Sure enough, Woody eventually encounters the buzzard who uses every trick possible to snatch the mail from Woody's hands spreading tacks across the road and dynamiting a bridge. But Woody is prepared for Buzz's antics...

The story of Percy P. Pettipoint who purchases a much-desired great dane named Cuddles. He instructs Cuddles to bury his scraps in the back yard. Cuddles is a fast learner and obeys but, unfortunately, he carries it a little too far and eventually starts burying everything in the back yard including the refrigerator, the TV set, the bathtub (with him in it), and the mailman! Finally, when Cuddles buries Pettipoint's house, the man decides to get rid of the mutt...easier said than done.

Based on an Evenki folk tale. Two ingenuous taiga muddlers are going to move to new places. The Fox pretends to be their friend and seizes their boat with their belongings.

The final (and championship) baseball game of the Kiddie League pits pitcher Woody Woodpecker and his team (the Woody Woodpeckers) against a zany team, the Bubble Gummers. The game begins with the Bubble Gummers at bat and Woody pitching. A little tyke wearing diapers is first up. Before batting, he gulps down a bottle of milk for strength. The first ball is called a strike....
