Fondue

Ophelia comes to her first lesson at the ballet studio. But there is one nuance that sets her apart from other ballerinas. Ophelia is overweight. Every now and then she touches the other students with her hips, overweight the bench, and blocks the reflections of the other ballerinas in the mirror during class. Ofelia is not able to perform the movements as professionally as others, but it does not discourage her. At some point, Ophelia hears a familiar word from the coach: "Fondue!" While the other girls begin to perform ballet techniques, Ophelia freezes in place and drowns in memories of the cheese delicacy of the same name.

Saba

In an abstract and symbolic world where gravity is reversed, a unique bond forms between a grandfather and his grandson. As Saba, the grandfather guides the boy through this surreal reality, a violent storm strikes, tearing one of the ropes anchoring their home - and with it, their life together. After suffering a devastating loss of Saba, the boy embarks on an emotional journey in search of closure. Through a stylized and poetic visual language, the film explores life's fundamental questions: the paths we take, separation from those we love, and the endless effort to find closure, reconcile loss, and move forward.

Thin Places

One night a year, on the holiday Samhain, the spirit world and the mortal world were bridged. Historically, in Ireland, the Celts were able to reconnect and celebrate with loved ones who had passed. But it was not always safe; not all spirits are good. Some wanted to hurt the living and steal them back to the other side. To combat this, people created disguises in order to blend in with the supernatural. On one such night, against their father's wishes, three young siblings in the Irish countryside go out in search of their mother's spirit. They create masks for themselves and set off into the unknown.
