Buzzy, smart enough not to want to be eaten, convinces the dumb cat that he has better methods of curing his insomnia, and then proceeds to severely punish the cat with a variety of all painful, sleep-inducing tricks.

A parable about a thwarted dream. A narrator tells us about a young woman who wants, more than anything, to be a ballerina. Madness seems close at hand, but is there anything that can bring hope and pull her from her solitary, circumscribed life?

Wimpy (as always) Casper tries his best to persuade Spooky to stop playing tricks on people but to no avail. Casper decides that Spooky has to be taught a lesson and sets out to do so.
