In a world that someone else has shaped for us, are we really in charge of our destiny?

The short's main characters are Simone - a young and ambition-less unemployed man, and the titular Djinn - an ancient and powerful genie that is reduced to grant wishes in a small suburban office. The first of the two wishes for a job, whereas the second only wishes to steal as many wishes as possible to his "customer", to obtain as many years of life for himself. Both characters are running from a crisis: Simone from the economic depression, and the Djinn from a crisis of the imagination that is perhaps a direct consequence of the first.

A hieratic Count sits in his elegant mansion finishing his writings - Alphonse, a young Waloon officer, rides through the Murgia to reach his regiment in Naples but soon finds himself mysteriously detained at a inn in the strange and varied company of thieves, brigands, cabalists, noblemen, coquettes and gypsies, whose stories he records over ten days. A range of situations in stories-within-stories, which, like the Decameron and Tales from the Thousand and One Nights, provide entertainment on an epic scale. The two men's destiny intertwined, it is difficult to know who's real between the two and who belongs to the other's mind. This is a journey for both of them which Alphonse will continue, uncertain in the end, if his experiences were real or a dream.

Pee is a cute little worker bear. Pupù, on the other hand, is a greedy and chubby little bird while Rosmarina is an affectionate bunny. The three little heroes find themselves having to look for the perpetrator of a theft of musical scores. To identify the culprit, they will have to deal with some great operas, transforming them into tasty and brilliant parodies.

She rebels against the silence and complicity that surround her, and to find him she descends into the dark world which has swallowed him up and which has a lake as its mysterious entrance.

The story of Jessica, a 17-year-old girl who lives in a strange world, a place that could be our world in the near future, perhaps, or in an alternate dimension. Above all, the fear of a scary future haunts Jessica and seems to worry everybody around her as well, with the only escape appearing to be "like the other people". But Jessica's different: she has a dream and she has talent, yet her world rejects those who try to change the world and better their lives. All the isolation and bullying will have an unexpected impact on the situation, until a very shocking turning point of the story. All the way up to a shocking denouement.
