His Landlord, Mary Lee, (Rosie Xu) is a positive presence who helps him waddle through the murky waters of his polluted mind as Old Man (Dave Sweeney) mysteriously guides him to his destiny. Sea of Lost Time is an allegory set in an undefined time and space, evoking the magic realism of Gabriel Garcia Marquez, inspired by his characters. A soldier comes back from the dead to a seaside village. He reminisces on the time lost while he was away, like a sea between his past and the dysfunctional present. Through him we discover a motley of characters: a rag-tag musical band, a man locked up inside an abandoned horse stable, his sister, also the soldier’s lover and who has been bemoaning the loss. An impressionistic view of the intertwined lives of those inhabiting imaginary spaces, with an underpinning of social and political metaphors.

Vincent, a thoughtful and peaceful young man who loves reading and painting, is the complete opposite of his father. As a retired and ambitious knight, his father feels a strong need to constantly look after his son and shower him with important advice. He even accompanies him on his journey into the world. On their journey, they encounter a sorcerer, endanger the fairy kingdom, and must rectify their mistake. And, of course, they must also rescue the beautiful princess. In the end, the knight understands that not everything can be solved with a sword, and Vincent realizes that evil must be fought. The love of the beautiful princess and half the kingdom is then the natural reward.

A none dialogue film about a young woman called Sukran, who has an accident when she is 10 years old and stays crippled for the rest of her life. Throughout the film, she seeks to create a common ground with other people. Despite her hunger to do so, she fails with people of the opposite sex, and so turns to her own gender. Again, she meets with failure; and again, she is knocked sideways. Just like all of us, Şükran keeps looking helplessly for ways to communicate with other people until the bitter end. Her helplessness may not be the exact same to our own helplessness as spectators, but they are indeed in very close proximity.

The film revolves around an atheist named Mallikarjuna who falls in love with an ardent devotee of Lord Shiva; when an evil power threatens the world and his beloved, he decides to stand up against it and fight to save the world.

In the first hour of the lock in, one of the students, Justin, had an unusual “incident” and was “inconsolable.” It was reported that he calmed down and kept to himself for the remainder of the event. Two days after the lock in, Justin reportedly broke down to his parents that he experienced something “evil” at the lock in. He also claimed he captured everything on tape. After watching the footage, the parents met with church leaders to discuss criminal charges they were considering filing against the church for child endangerment, neglect and torture.
