Learning that island of Delos has been taken over by Neuroi, Charlotte E. Yeager and Francesca Lucchini are teamed up with Hanna-Justina Marseille and her partner Raisa Pöttgen to draw out the Neuroi hiding within it. Francesca, who has strong family ties with Delos, objects to their superior's plan to destroy the island, so they work out a new plan to have Hanna and Raisa draw out the Neuroi while Charlotte and Francesca drop bombs on it. When this plan ends up failing, Francesca tries to attack on but is inevitably forced to retreat. The next day, before the bombardment on the island is due to take place, Charlotte, unwilling to let Francesca down, decides to make use of an abandoned ship's winch to pull the Neuroi out of its hiding place, allowing it to be destroyed without any damage to the island. On June 2, 2008, Toei announced on its various official websites that there would be a series of short five-minute internet movies that are spin-offs of Kamen Rider Kiva: King of the Demonic Castle. The featurettes are called Kamen Rider Backwards-Kiva: Queen of the Demonic Castle. In these shorts, Otoya and Yuri are brought into the present by Castle Doran when the mysterious Queen of the Legendorga is about to be revived. The shorts themselves are all zany misadventures of everyone in the Kiva cast.

The story of Orochi revolves around the life of the Monzen family. Aoi Monzen, a famous, but aging, movie star and Kazusa and Lisa Monzen her two daughters. The atmosphere in their estate builds up until Orochi reveals a terrible truth that the family must keep hidden from the world. Orochi serves as the narrator of the story. The movie is based on a Kazuo Umezu manga series which ran from 1969 to 1970.

During the Edo period, an incident occurred in a certain castle town where young samurai were weakened and died one after another. The theatre play is set in the late Heian (794–1185) and early Kamakura period (1185–1333) in Japan. The main character is young adult Minamoto no Yoshitsune, from the Minamoto clan. Like previous chapters, it is a historical fiction, a world with supernatural powers and spirits (Mononokes). The idea was to create a story where the Oni (Japanese demons) were the origin of vampires, and eventually of the central character.[19] In the Heian period existed those called as Mononoke (spirits), and Mononofu, who were born between humans and Mononoke, and with special powers dominated both Mononoke and humans. The story from Mysteries of Yoshitsune spreads out when the member with inherited blood crossed over to Europe, and became the progenitor of the later vampires.
