Macross 7: The Galaxy Is Calling Me!

Basara, on one of his frequent trips across the galaxy to spread the message of his music, folds in on an icy planet. The natives are hostile, and take him prisoner until he begins to sing for them and a little boy named Pedro recognizes his voice. They release Basara, and almost as soon as they don, a strange wailing voice comes from the nearby mountains. Basara and Pedro head out in Basara's valkyrie to investigate the noise. Little do they know, an ambush is waiting for them.

Momoko's teacher asks the third grade to draw a picture based on their favorite song, to enter in a contest. She picks a song she's recently become fond of during music class, and is anxious to make a good drawing based on it. On her way to meet relatives in Shizuoka, Momoko meets Shoko Kimura, a university student who occasionally draws portraits and plans to participate in an art contest. Momoko and Shoko become close friends, and end up inspiring each other both in their own ways.

Recordings of two live performances by Malice Mizer, edited into a complete concert experience of the visual kei rock band’s third studio album "merveilles", filmed while on tour in Japan during 1998 at the Nippon Budōkan Hall on April 1 and Yokohama Arena on July 22. The performances featured an onstage cathedral set piece, theatrics, costume changes, and skits. The final show of the "merveilles ~Shuuen to Kisuu~" tour held July 22, 1998 at Yokohama Arena, featured in the film, would be lead vocalist Gackt’s last performance with Malice Mizer before his departure from the group in January of 1999 and drummer Kami’s last live show before his sudden passing on June 21, 1999.

Desperate Love 1989

Koji Nanjo, a young rock star, falls in love with soccer player Takuto Izumi. Koji eventually learns that Izumi's mother killed his father out of severe and intense love. Izumi took all the guilt for his father's murder and refuses to go pro because of fear that his past will be discovered by the media. Izumi detests Koji's company and encouragement and severely dislikes the attention from the press, but Koji cannot stay away for he soon realizes that his love for Izumi is very similar to the love that Izumi's mother felt for his father.

Released in 1994, this documentary tells the story of the life of Robbie Robertson, a central figure in the band that established an era of American rock music, through various images and interviews. The film covers Robbie's encounter with Southern music, the origin of his music, his time with the Hawks, his collaboration with Bob Dylan, and his performance at the legendary Woodstock. The Last Waltz, from the breakup to becoming a solo artist, and working with director Martin Scorsese. Robbie himself talks about his career as a solo artist and his induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994. Also featured are 'Lost Performance' film segments from the Band's appearance at Woodstock, as well as unreleased clips of Robbie and the Band backing up Bob Dylan on the infamous 'Eat the Document' tour.

JUST ANOTHER LIFE

JUST ANOTHER LIFE is a home video by B'z, released on December 11, 1991 on both VHS and LaserDisc. The release follows B'z on their first Pleasure tour, B'z LIVE-GYM "Pleasure'91". Along with the preceding release FILM RISKY the previous year, the pair of releases are the only two B'z home videos to not be later made available on DVD. However, the performances of "Dakara Sono Te wo Hanashite", "Taiyou no Komachi Angel", and "Easy Come, Easy Go!" have been included variously as bonuses accompanying B'z The Best XXV 1988-1998 and B'z COMPLETE SINGLE BOX.
