Thin Lizzy: The Boys Are Back in Town

Experience the power of Thin Lizzy live! In October of 1978, more than 26,000 screaming fans packed the grounds of the Sydney Opera House in Australia for an unforgettable concert by this monster rock 'n roll band. With Guitar Greats, Scotty Gorhan and Gary Moore; front man Phil Lynott blasting the bass line and singing his heart out, it's no wonder there was standing room only. The 70's were a time when four-piece power bands ruled rock music, and Thin Lizzy was one of the best! 2022 re-release features additional footage, remixed audio, cleaned up picture, and truly captures Thin Lizzy at the top of their game.

X-Ray Spex: Live at the Roundhouse London

After a 13 year hiatus, X-Ray Spex reunited for a single show at the Roundhouse, London on Sept. 6, 2008. Unlike some of the "we're only in it for the money" reunions, X-Ray Spex are in great form. The twenty-track set includes almost the entirety of Germ Free Adolescents ("Plastic Bag" is the only track not played) and Poly Styrene's voice has held up exceptionally well given that Germ Free Adolescents was released thirty years ago. Other songs include three tracks from X-Ray Spex's 2005 reunion Conscious Consumer along with one new and previously unreleased track "Bloody War".

Revival

Like a spark that ignites the grasslands, revival seems to come from nowhere and spreads across the wastelands of the human heart; it buns away the hulls and stubble, and come spring, new life sprouts from the charred waste! Songs of revival are the most exciting of all. They have energy. They have power to move us to tears and make us shout for the sheer joy of being truly alive. This Gaither Homecoming video will recall for the times when God's presence invaded your dry places and suddenly you knew 'resurrection' was more than just a word.

Cesar Camargo Mariano e Pedro Mariano - Piano & Voz

With a career that has passed the 40-year mark, Cesar Camargo Mariano continues to stay on top of his game. His arranging skills are unique and are permanently set in Brazilian music through singers such as Elis Regina, Simone and just about the best in Brazil and around the world. On the other side of this duo, we find Pedro Mariano, son of Cesar Camargo Mariano and the late Elis Regina. Though father and son had previously collaborated in Pedro’s three solo albums, with Piano & Voz they formalize that artistic synergy with a memorable recording (also available on DVD). Piano & Voz had a limited release of 10,000 units, but in case you are not able to get a hold of the album, there is also DVD release of the same project. You can hear samples of this album in either Pedro Mariano‘s or Cesar Camargo Mariano‘s web sites. Better yet, you can see and hear Cesar Camargo Mariano talking about each track in the CD and DVD at Trama.

Balkan Rock Legends

"Balkan Rock Legends", a group based in Amsterdam, has been around for 4 years. They play rock'n'roll from a country that no longer exist. The band's repertoire includes songs from over 50 groups and artists who marked YU-rock. They don't play it "in their own way", but as close as possible to the original at concerts that last at least 3 hours. Their status as a "cover band" is very relative, considering that many members and guests perform their own original songs.

Faxed Head: From Coalinga to Osaka (Live in Japan 1995)

Beautifully shot on three cameras during Faxed Head's improbable 1995 tour of Japan, From Coalinga To Osaka documents the pride of Coalinga, CA in all their self-handicapped, brain-damaged glory. Live footage of the self-proclaimed “desk metal” quartet is interspersed with baffling but authentic footage of a Japanese junior high school class in which the students are being instructed on the subject of... Faxed Head! In addition to the electronics- and mayhem-heavy 1995 Osaka set, the DVD includes bonus live footage of a reconstituted (and much more metal-sounding) Faxed Head on tour in Canada in 2001. And, for the true fan, a 45-minute long hidden "Easter egg" showcases an entire concert by Faxed Head's long-time nemesis, pitiful Coalinga-area boogie-blues idiots The Bon Larvis Band.
