Proyecto Jazz is a musical documentary that deals with jazz in Santa Fe based on an assignment given to the musician Pedro Casís, to compile material of the band from the last 30 years of jazz in the capital city for the shooting of a film. To do so, Pedro enlists the help of old colleagues from the Santa Fe Jazz Ensamble, a big band founded in the early 80s. Along the way, he interacts with friends, students and alumni, trying to assemble the different generations as important pieces of the film project. Life stories, memories, performances, anecdotes, clinics and of course the music, are addressed in the documentary around the making of the film.

The short features previously unseen Evangelion storyboard art. Evangelion director Hideaki Anno supervised the "petit film," and Mahiro Maeda directed and storyboarded it. Shiro Sagisu provided the music, and voice actress Megumi Hayashibara narrates the Japanese version of the English lyrics. Sagisu made a few comments about the video on his website and posted the Japanese version of the lyrics. According to Sagisu, when they were finishing work on Q, Anno told him this would be the last time they used the F2 (Next Episode) theme, which made Sagisu want to make a extended version of it. He says the video actually contains four versions of the song: An unreleased version by the London Studio Orchestra (at the start), the Takahashi version from Xpressions, the version from Piano Forte #1, and Hayashibara's narrated version.

In June 2018, Hong Kong singer-songwriter Gin Lee held her solo concert First Of All at the Hong Kong Coliseum for the first time. She kicked off the concert with Guang Huan and Sui Feng Er Lai, Sui Feng Er Qu. Gin performed all her hit numbers, spanning from her debut track "Dive" to the recent hit "Faith." She also reinterpreted ‎Shirley Yamaguchi's Qiu Yi Nong, which she sang on The Voice of China three years ago. Justin Lo appeared as the guest singer and the two sang Kong and Jacky Cheung's classic "Love is Eternal" together. Gin's friend AGA also made a guest appearance to sing their famous duet Yi Jia Yi.

A documentary film that explores the early Boston Hardcore music scene from the years 1981 through 1984. This film delves into the social and communal aspects of that particular era. The community, culture, straight edge and DIY (do it yourself) ethic of the time are all explored in the film. Never before seen archival footage, photographs, interviews and dramatizations make up the body of the film. Bands included are SS Decontrol, DYS, Gang Green, The FU's, Jerry's Kids, Negative FX, The Freeze, and more.

Renowned Czech drummers gathered on one stage at the Fléda club in Brno, where they did not hesitate to play up to two tons of various percussion instruments in musical styles from around the world. This time, the core of the Drummers' Gathering consisted of players of classical Western percussion instruments Pavel Fajt, Pavel Koudelka, and Marcel Gabriel, supported by Miloš Vacík's Latin American rhythms. Tomáš Reindl played Arabic drums and Indian tabla. Guitarist Zdeněk Bína, who has been performing solo since the breakup of the band -123minut, is already a traditional guest at this exceptional musical event. Other guests were also an integral part of this ambitious project, including singer and rapper Ondřej Anděra and singer and keyboardist Oona Kastner.

The first show, held on October 22, 2016 in Rio de Janeiro, was broadcast in full on Channel X on YouTube. The announcement of the broadcast was made hours before the presentation. The recording was available for only one day on the channel and then removed. But, many fans saved the presentation and made available on the internet. On December 19, 2016, the show held in São Paulo was shown as a Christmas special on Rede Record in place of the Xuxa Meneghel program. Displayed from 10:44 p.m. to 06:06 p.m., the program recorded 6 average points with a peak of 11 and 10% share (number of connected TV sets). On social networks, the hashtag # XuCháNaRecord went quickly to the Twitter Trending Topics. At the end of the year, an unofficial triple bootleg containing the shows from Rio, from São Paulo and a live CD, was edited by fans and made available for free download.
