Presley returned on Oct. 28, 1956, continuing to provoke ecstatic screams with hits such as "Don't Be Cruel," "Love Me Tender" and "Hound Dog." In fact, these exhilarating performances were so explosive that Elvis was filmed above the waist during his final Sullivan show appearance on January 6, 1957.

Swing, Sing and Think is a chronicle of the young French pianist David Fray's recording sessions of three of Bach's famous clavier concertos. Each chapter features a few minutes of Fray at home in Paris explicating his interpretation of the score at his piano, followed by rehearsal and recording sessions he conducts with the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, one of the finest chamber orchestras in Europe.

Incubus: Look Alive is a dedicated summation of the state of Incubus, the alt-metal band born in the San Fernando Valley. While the seemingly low-key band takes to the road in some fairly exotic places, it demonstrates during live performances of the jangly "Quicksand," the hard-rocking "Megalomaniac," and dramatic "Anna Molly" that vocalist Brandon Boyd, guitarist Mike Einziger, bassist Dirk Lance, and drummer Jose Pasillas are close to mastering their ever-developing penchant for radical tonal shifts within songs. A novel element on this disc is travel footage from the band’s tour, including images from Israel, Dubai, London, and peculiarly beautiful, surreal shots of Iceland.

A wannabe teenage band plan their first concert in an abandoned building which is scheduled for demolition. But on the night of the concert, the local drug lord shows up and the body count begins to rise on both sides - caused by the angry ghost who haunts the building.

Ballet master Pierre Lacotte brings the long-dormant "Paquita" back to life at the Paris Opera (where it debuted in 1846) in this fanciful tale about a noble child kidnapped and raised by gypsies, never suspecting she's of royal blood. Rocket Brothers is a 2003 documentary film directed by photographer Kasper Torsting. It explores the ambitions, anxieties and joys of a creative process in the Danish rock band Kashmir. Torsting followed the band over a period of four years starting just after the success of their album The Good Life. In the documentary we follow the daily lives of the band members and come to witness their struggle against the expectations from both themselves and other people. We see the difficulties in overcoming amongst others writer's block, witness the conflicts amongst the group members and discover the profound respect and love with which they treat each other - all in the process of making the album Zitilites. Besides seeing the band writing the Zitilities album, we also witness their failed break-through in America, and lead singer Kasper Eistrup's audition for Roger Waters Pink Floyd tour. Eistrup auditioned as the lead singer and guitarist.

But their priest, Father Fyodor found out about it and starts searching for the same chairs. During the movie the story is commented by the authors themselves who are writing it during the process.

When director Heiner Mühlenbrock showed up with his cameras to document the tense April 1983 recording sessions for the final Birthday Party EP, Mutiny!, the group was well beyond the verge of dissolution and barely on speaking terms. Mutiny! was cut at Hansa Ton studios in Berlin.

This film was made out of the capture of a live animation performance presented in Rome in January 2005 by Pierre Hébert and the musician Bob Ostertag. It is based on live action shooting done that same afternoon on the Campo dei Fiori where the philosopher Giordano Bruno was burned by the Inquisition in 1600. A commemorative statue was erected in the 19th century, that somberly dominate the market held everyday on the piazza. The film is about the resurgence of the past in this place where normal daily activities go on imperturbably. The capture of the performance was reworked, shortened and complemented with more studio performances.

While showcasing Dwight's signature showmanship and vocals, the poor mix quality renders some instruments, such as Pete Anderson's guitar, barely audible. The release is named after the track The Grand Tour, which became a #1 hit for George Jones in 1974.

I usually don't like classic operas with modernized production and costumes. This one is an exception. The modernized twist is made to fit the story very well and makes watching this opera very enjoyable. Alagna as Orphee does a great job and and is more realistic than a female singer in the role. His impeccable french is an added bonus for french speakers like me. This is the version of this opera that you would want to watch without getting bored
