VOLBEAT - Wait A Minute… Let’s Tour! (Live in San Diego, CA)

Capturing one of the band’s first shows back on the road in Autumn 2021, this intimate performance at San Diego’s historic venue The Observatory North Park was filmed shortly before the release of Servant of the Mind. The setlist included some of the very first live performances of the hit singles “Shotgun Blues” and “Wait A Minute My Girl.” Filmed and edited by the team at Ghost Atomic Pictures (“Shotgun Blues,” “Die To Live (feat. Neil Fallon),” “Leviathan,” Let’s Boogie: Live from Telia Parken), you can feel the excitement of both the band and the crowd as they both return to live music after such an extended period away.

All Ages Show

Tri-Cities, WA is about 3 hours south of Seattle and during the early 90s, when Seattle's music scene was changing the world, the Tri-Cities had it's OWN thriving music scene, one that many didn't think could exist in a small town. What story could be told about a scene that lives in the shadow of a nuclear plant? All Ages Show tells a story about the history of Tri-Cities music scene and asks the question; with music now so accessible, band exposure so saturated, and combine that all with the decline of record companies, could there ever be a thriving music scene again? ...here or anywhere?

The Drive to Sing

When the COVID-19 pandemic forced musical activities to shut down in March 2020, singers searched for ways to stay connected and sing live music together. Online solutions such as Zoom helped groups socially, but did not allow a choir to rehearse and perform together. Several tech-savvy musicians turned to old-school audio technology to organize parking lot choirs, with each singer safely isolated in their own car. The idea spread through social media across the US and Canada, and reached the attention of the New York Times, the Today Show, and NPR. "The Drive to Sing" tells the story of the parking lot choir, the cast of characters who worked together to develop and refine it, and the singers who kept their musical communities going during this time of fear and isolation.

Portico Quartet Ensemble - Terrain (Extended) – Live in Studio One
