It is an album that became the reason for a deep human relationship and created new perspectives in the career of the unconventional artist Nat Birchall. The Timeline of Black Exodus Technology (2021) is an audiovisual transmission from the illustrator AbuQadim Haqq and the rhythm analyst DeForrest Brown, Jr., conceptualizing techno artists from Detroit in a century-spanning, multi-generational epic tale of mythological science fiction. Set at the end of the future, painstakingly detailed artworks and stereophonic poetics converge in a rhythmic system, phasing between moods and scenarios at varying stages of the history of Black sonic warfare and the journey home, expanding on the world conceived in Haqq’s 30-page art book The Technanomicron (2008) and graphic novel The Book of Drexciya (2019) with Brown, Jr.’s book on the history of techno, Assembling a Black Counter Culture (2021).

To stay in touch with their fans, Blackout Problems have now come up with another alternative solution to capture the atmosphere of club shows. Blackout Problems are making the most of the pandemic and have recorded their live album "Live & Lonely" in Spring 2021. The album "Live & Lonely" was recorded during the lockdown at Freiwerk in Munich. This is the bonus set with five extra songs.

There are two important features of the Zhuang folksongs. One is the improvised antiphonal singing style, and the other is its reliance on "hawfwen", a traditional gathering of singing groups. However, the clan community of pre-modernist was collapsed in the trend of urbanization. The "singing groups" have also gradually turned into "WeChat groups". This film is in honor of this traditional folk art that once popular in Guangxi. Traveling along with songs, the camera has found different faces and gatherings, lingered in the rural areas and urban cities, trying to find the echo of "hawfwen".

Using the silhouettes of moving dancers, both the "inside" and the "outside" are sometime filled with other images. These images are then layered in increasingly complex ways to create a meditation on external and internal spaces and relationships.
