Pyotr Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake, one of the most popular ballets of all time, is the romantic story of a young maiden who is turned into a swan by an evil spell, which can only be broken through a pledge of eternal love. On July 24th 2007, the man they call "the Welsh Bob Dylan" played his first London gig in over three decades, before a rapturous crowd at the legendary Half Moon, Putney. Backed by his long-time band, he treated the audience to classics from his much-loved late '60s EPs and legendary" Outlander" and "Gwymon" albums, as well as more recent material. Ranging from fragile ballads to out-and-out psychedelic rock, the resultant film captures a master singer-songwriter at the top of his game, and is essential viewing for all fans of acid folk.

Originally broadcast on the German television show "MusikLaden," this live performance features Steven Stills's band Manassas playing "Hide It So Deep," "Jet Set," "Song of Love" and six other vocal harmonies. Stills -- a former member of influential bands Buffalo Springfield and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young -- delights with mellow guitar licks, strengthened by the talent of Chris Hillman of the Byrds and the Flying Burrito Brothers.

This is a film made by a fan for the fans. Director Thadd Day followed the husband and wife duo for two years during a Midwest tour, documented them as they entered the studio to record 2003's Team Boo, and incorporated home video footage shot by the band themselves to provide intimate glimpses. The running narrative covers everything from choosing an album title, to a tour van breakdown, to the band's writing process, and more.
