Produced for Fuse TV, this documentary series chronicles the antics of the California-based band NOFX. The outrageous punkers travel from one end of the globe to the other on an ever-eventful, long-running international tour. Highlights include a disastrous concert in Guayaquil, Peru, a performance attended by a select group of spoiled brats at an Ecuadorian tennis club, and a stop at an S and M club in Japan.

Sun Ra was born on the planet Saturn some time ago. The best accounts agree that he emerged on Earth as Herman Blount, born in Birmingham, Alabama in 1914, although Sun Ra himself always denied that Blount was his surname. He returned to Saturn in 1993 after creating a stunningly variegated and beautiful assemblage of earthly and interplanetary music, most notably with his fervently loyal Arkestra. Sun Ra and his Arkestra were the subject of a few documentary films, notably Robert Mugge’s ‘A Joyful Noise’ (1980), which interspersed performances and rehearsals with Sun Ra’s commentary on various subjects ranging from today’s youth to his own place in the cosmos. This documentary reuses some of Mugge’s material and includes some additional interviews.

The Flaming Lips’ U.F.O.s At The Zoo: The Legendary Concert In Oklahoma City captures the over-the-top spectacle of the band’s 2006 homecoming performance. Filmed at the Zoo Amphitheater in front of a capacity crowd of manic fans, U.F.O.s At The Zoo delivers the sonic and visual sensory overload that is The Flaming Lips live experience.

In 2001, the centenary of Verdi's death was commemorated around the world, especially in the composer’s homeland, Italy, where he died on January 27th 1901. La Scala in Milan, where many of Verdi’s greatest works were premiered, marked the anniversary by presenting a new production of Il Trovatore, even though it was first performed in January 1853 in Rome and not in Milan.

S/he's "in between" — taking female hormones, but not planning to have sexual reassignment surgery. To some, s/he's a pioneer, courageously exploring a brave new world of gender identity, free of categorization. To others, s/he's a freak. VENUS OF MARS is both the unique coming out story of Venus' gender-redefining journey, and the truly contemporary love story of a couple weathering dramatic changes in uncharted relationship territory.
